Melbourne Business Systems Pty Ltd is based in Melbourne, Australia and was founded as a result of an independent spin-off from a prominent Adelaide based Ostendo reseller.
At Melbourne Business Systems, we understand that due to the significant time and resource constraints on many small companies, they simply have neither the time nor resources to devote to learning a new software package using only non-personalised generic training methods. The only way most companies can have a realistic chance of implementing business software within a short timeframe is by hands-on project management and personalised training and advice.
At Melbourne Business Systems our implementation package includes everything you need to get up and running with Ostendo in as short a timeframe as possible.
The six key steps to our implementation methodology include:
- Analysis of your current business processes to determine where any improvements could be made
- Determination of how best to apply Ostendo to the ideal process flow we have identified
- Training - including identification of the requirements for each user
- Business simulation exercise - ie. to run Ostendo in parallel with your current system for a number of days to ensure everybody is ready for the change
- Pre go-live preparation tasks including adjustment of inventory levels , transfer of current orders and financial mapping
- The final go-live exercise
